Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Noty, a WhatsApp-based memory assistant operated by BSEK Apps, 30 N Gould St #52258, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: atlasvale@bsekapps.com. By using Noty you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Noty lets you save notes, reminders, and related content via WhatsApp and an optional web dashboard. Features may differ between the Free and Premium plans. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect — you remain responsible for how you use them.
Accounts
Your WhatsApp number is the primary identity for the service. You must provide accurate information and keep access to that number secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Noty for illegal activity, to harm others, to send spam, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to store content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Subscriptions and trials
Premium is billed through Stripe (via RevenueCat). Weekly plans may include a limited free trial (currently 3 days) after which billing begins unless you cancel. Yearly plans are billed annually. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid (or trial) period. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our reasonable discretion.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide Noty. The Noty name, design, and software remain ours.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSEK Apps is not liable for lost data, missed reminders, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Governing law: State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
