Who we are

What we collect

• Account details you provide: name, email, and WhatsApp phone number.
• Your WhatsApp number when you activate or message Noty.
• Content you send to Noty: text, voice notes, images, links, and related metadata.
• Memories, reminders, and quiz answers we store to provide the service.
• Payment and subscription status via Stripe and RevenueCat (we do not store full card numbers).
• Basic product analytics (for example page views and funnel steps).

How we use it

We use your data only to run Noty: save and organize memories, send WhatsApp replies and reminders, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private memories to train public AI models.

Processors

We use trusted processors such as WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), OpenAI (transcription, classification, search, and summaries), Stripe and RevenueCat (payments), hosting providers, and analytics tools. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion from the account page or by emailing us. We may retain limited records as required by law (for example billing).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. Email atlasvale@bsekapps.com to make a request.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please do not send highly sensitive data (passwords, government IDs, full payment card numbers) to Noty.

Children

Noty is not directed at children under 16. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it.
